About Ruhama

I am a mother, daughter, grandmother, a mother-in-law, teacher, a certified Kallah Teacher, and a Certified Life Coach. I'm passionate about making my life the best it can be, and helping others do the same.
If you had told me 20, or even 10, years ago that today I would be here... Well, I wouldn't have believed you. I used to have no hope, no drive, and no belief that anything could change. And my biggest desire was to get through the day and go back to sleep.
But do you know what made things change?Me. You see, I knew that I couldn't live in a hopeless life, and my choices were either to sink, or to swim. And I chose to swim.
So I made some big changes. Slowly, over time, I rediscovered my hopes, dreams, aspirations, desires, and goals. I dug out and dusted off my values, and made concrete decisions that work for me.
If you just can't continue the way things are any more... Let's shake things up.
I've done it - and you can too.

What Is So Special About Life Coaching?

Working with a Life Coach is like having a mirror that shows you the best possible version of yourself. Your Life Coach listens and keeps you on track and helps you figure out what the best you will be like.Your Life Coach doesn't believe you, or take you too seriously when you say that you'll never achieve your goals. Instead, your Life Coach gently redirects you toward your goals, reminds you why it is that you want them so badly, and how you will feel when you achieve them. A Life Coach cheers for you when you take steps toward your goal and holds your hand as you go through temporary setbacks. (Setbacks are part of the process, but are always temporary.)Your Life Coach never gives up on you.  She always has your back. No matter what. And she shows you how to be your own Life Coach
