We talk about those annoying things holding you back, taking up space in your head, and keeping you from doing the things you want to do. And we also talk about the things you love, the things that you are passionate about, and that you plan to do one day.
We learn how to use that passion to get us where we want to be. And sometimes it takes some time to find that passion, because we haven't seen it for such a long time...
But we don't only talk. We also learn skills, perspectives, and approaches that can help in any situation (even crazy ones).
We learn how to implement these skill in the different areas of life, in your specific situation. And we delve in to "normal" and "toxic" and define clearly what is and is not acceptable to you. And we learn how to deal with tough situations.
